ClockLabs applies the following policy to all software sold through this website.

A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for duplicate purchases and billing errors. If you feel you have been charged incorrectly, send us an email at support@clocklabs.com. Please include as much information as possible about your order.

ClockLabs Ltd makes available time-limited, fully functional evaluation versions for every application on offer. Therefore we cannot grant refunds for defective applications. If your application breaks after the purchase, please contact us at support@clocklabs.com. We will do our best to make it work for you.
